Travel Destination: England

<

As teachers and students returned from spring break, it was wonderful to hear about the sights and sounds they experienced. One of our students really liked “the big clock” they got to see. After asking a few questions, we realized she had been to England! We really like “the big clock” (Big Ben) as well J and the many other sights, sounds and tastes of not just London but all of England.

London is another of our favorite cities to visit. Travelers who are looking for shopping, museums, art galleries, musicals, theatre, food and drink, people watching etc. will have plenty to do. Mastering the subway system is pretty easy too as long as you “Mind the Gap”!

The English countryside is another part of England that should be experienced. Staying at one of the quaint bed and breakfasts, driving on the “wrong” side of the road, and visiting some of the many castles (maybe even seeing the Queen of England!) are a definite must.

A big advantage to traveling to England is that they speak English. Tallyho!
